- $40.00 for notarizing.
All parties who are required to sign must attend our office and must sign in front of our commission or notary. Please bring a valid photo ID with you.

NOTARY PUBLIC & COMMISSIONING
A notary public is a person who can witness oaths, solemn affirmations, the signing of affidavits or statutory declarations. A notary public may also certify documents to be true copies of the original.
Commissioners of oaths are persons who are empowered under provincial or state legislation to administer and witness the swearing of oaths or solemn affirmations in the taking of an affidavit for any potential legal matter. Commissioners of oaths are also empowered to witness any declaration as required under a statute. The person swearing an oath, making an affirmation or making a declaration is called a deponent or declarant.

TORONTO - Friday, July 4, 2008 -- TREB Members reported 8,600
sales in June, TREB President Maureen O’Neill announced today.
“Sales were down 18 per cent from the 2007 total of 10,451, which was the
best performance ever for that month,” noted the president. “Nevertheless, the 8,600 figure is the fifth best June on record, and indicative of an active, healthy market.”
